Câbleami, founded in 2008 by designer Shuji Sadamori, draws its name from the traditional Alan Cable knitting pattern. "Ami" means "knit" in Japanese and "friend" in French, reflecting the brand's ethos of creating cherished hats that intertwine individual elements, akin to the cable pattern, forming enduring friendships with their wearers.
