Norrmann Copenhagen is a retail pioneer and an always inspiring space in our native neighbourhood of Østerbro. It’s a design driven company on a mission to create original and timeless pieces and ”to make the ordinary extraordinary through good design” a they put it themselves.
The brand was founded back in 1999 and has since grown to produce everything from sofas and lamps to textiles and stationary which are sold in outlets all over the world.
Don’t let the small entrance at Østerbrogade 70 fool you. The funnel effect lets you enter into an amazing 1700 m2 retail space that opened in 2005 in a location that had previously served as both a water distillery and as a cinema. Parts of the original structure and stucco can still be glimpsed within the newly renovated flagship store. In here, you will of course find the brand's own furniture and other products for the home but also a selection of clothing, accessories and perfumes from some of their favourite manufacturers from around the world.
