Refunds & exchanges
Returns
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of
receipt (21 days for overseas orders), for any items with which you are not
entirely satisfied.
Return the item unused and in its original packaging
together with your completed Returns & Exchanges flyer which you received
with your purchase. We do not refund postage costs.
Items bought at our shop in Copenhagen, can be exchanged within 8 days, we
don´t do refunds!
Important
information for International customers
Please mark returned packages
‘Returned Items’. GOODS will incur import charges and taxes if this is not
written on the package.
We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded
delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items
lost or damaged in transit. Items are returned to GOODS at your own cost.
Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. (Your statutory rights
will not be affected). We do not refund postage costs on sale items for
exchange.

GOODS will never pass your email or contact details
on to a third party.
